4. How we share your information
We share information only with the following categories of recipients:

- Advertising and analytics providers. We use Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and (where applicable) Meta and LinkedIn advertising tools to measure ad performance. These providers may receive hashed identifiers (such as a hashed version of your email) and your IP address. We use enhanced conversion tracking to attribute ad spend to outcomes.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share data for advertising attribution purposes; under some state privacy laws this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and you can opt out as described in Section 8.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising attribution, and to remember your preferences. The cookies we set include:
- First-party attribution cookies (names prefixed homepick_) that store UTM parameters and ad click IDs so we can attribute conversions to the ad you clicked.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics cookies used to measure site traffic and behavior.
- Google Ads and (where applicable) Meta and LinkedIn cookies used for ad conversion measurement and remarketing.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may impact site functionality.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain application data for as long as we have a business reason to keep it (typically up to seven years to comply with tax and accounting obligations), unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
